If it is flat metal and you have a dimension, we can cut it. The only practical limit is our maximum sheet size of 3000mm × 1500mm and maximum thickness (20mm for mild steel, 12mm for stainless, 10mm for aluminium).

Option 1: DXF or DWG File (Preferred)

The best way to submit a custom job is a DXF or DWG file from your CAD software. This gives us exact geometry, eliminating interpretation and ensuring your part is cut exactly as designed. Include material type, thickness, and quantity with your submission.

Option 2: Dimensioned PDF or Drawing

A PDF or hand-drawn sketch with all critical dimensions clearly marked is sufficient for most shapes. Include overall dimensions, hole sizes and positions, and any radii or angles. We will interpret your drawing and confirm the cutting file with you before proceeding.

Option 3: Concept or Idea
